Microfact-workshop 'train the trainer' in Nicaragua

Last week REDCAMIF, the Central American network of MFI's organized a 'train the trainer' course in Managua.
Sixteen participants from seven Central American countries (Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Costa Rica, Panamá, Dominican Republic, Nicaragua) participated in this specific training for four days.
In addition to the financial indicators for microfinance institutions the workshop focused also on the training methodology and the practical aspects of organizing a Microfact-training. The two trainers from BRS and ADA appreciated the interaction of the participants. The training got very positive evaluations.
